Parental views and feedback are extremely important to us at Mother Goose Pre-School. We are keen to work with parents to improve our practice and review our current policies and procedures. We hold Parent/carer consultations three times each school year to discuss your child's progress, and we also circulate an parent survey annually. We use the data from the survey to inform our self-evaluation and ongoing development plan. Some comments from our recent surveys include:
We are very happy with Mother Goose preschool. We greatly value the supportive staff and parent helpers and are continually impressed by their creativity and ability to engage the children. We especially like how the mornings are structured and the clear daily routines. We appreciate the links with Petersfield school and value opportunities to go into the school e.g. for school productions.
Welcoming setting with a wide variety of activities for the children to choose from. I love the fact they go outside pretty much every day. My son loves coming to preschool
Excellent preschool – really pleased with it. The staff in particular are fantastic and put in a lot of effort prepping activities and make and do to make the most of the limited resources. My daughter always comes home with a smile and eager to show what she’s done and learnt.
Very friendly staff, patient and kind. Lots of interesting activities. My daughter loves everything and has become more and more confident with other children.
The staff are great! They all clearly know and value the children and seem to place them first at all times. I would recommend Mother Goose to anyone!
I am really impressed with how staff have helped my child to learn through using his interests to encourage learning. I felt this was a really personal touch and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
When my child first started Mother Goose I had concerns about him but since starting he has come on leaps and bounds and ALL staff have been great and made me feel comfortable to talk to them. Very appreciable
If you have any concerns or suggestions, you are encouraged to talk to your child's keyworker, the setting Manager, or a pre-school committee member.
