Our Staff

In order to provide the highest levels of care and education for your children, Mother Goose employs a team of professional, well-qualified and experienced early years staff. As a setting, we positively encourage all staff to attend regular training to keep up-to-date with best practice and wherever possible, support staff in studying for additional qualifications.

Jacqui Avery - Preschool Manager

'Little Jacqui' has been working in the Early Years sector for over twelve years and first started at Mother Goose as a volunteer in early 2004 shortly after her son started attending. By the end of the year she was a Pre-School Assistant, before moving into the position of Deputy Manager. After completing a diploma in Early Years Practice, she became the Managing Supervisor and continues to lead the team here at Mother Goose. Also trained in Child Protection, Special Needs, ECAT and First Aid, she has a passion for seeing the children develop and loves seeing the children grow and mature over the years.
